Mark Calleja Accounting
Mark Calleja Accounting (MCA), founded by Mark Calleja – Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and Justice of the Peace – provides trusted tax and business advisory services to SMEs and private individuals across Australia.
Bringing over 30 years’ experience of working in small and mid-tier accounting firms, Mark and his team specialise in developing effective taxation and accounting solutions for SMEs, including family owned and operated businesses.
MCA understands the challenges that SMEs and their owners face on a daily basis. We work closely with clients, developing long-term relationships and taking pride in delivering personal assistance customised to their individual requirements.
Forming a close, ongoing relationship with you, our client – enables MCA to assist in ways beyond the traditional accounting and tax services. Proactive advice and efficient personal service helps businesses and individuals overcome whatever financial obstacles present themselves. Marpie Soballa
Chartered Accountant
Marpie is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years experience in taxation and accounting for small to medium sized organisations owned by families and subsidiaries of multi nationals as well as superannuation funds. Marpie has worked in small, mid tier and large accounting firms that has enabled a well rounded career to be forged in dealing with small and large clients.
Marpie works closely with clients, often providing bookkeeping services, on and off site. Prepares quarterly accounts for clients and subsequent BAS’s.
Marpie prides herself in providing personal service to her clients.

Chartered Accountant
Jacqui is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in business services and audit, including accounting and taxation services for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
Jacqui has extensive experience in audit management, advisory services and processes, including external audit knowledge on listed clients, multinational clients, private clients and franchises, with knowledge across various industries, including specialisation in Retail and Distribution, Life-sciences and Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
Jacqui has strong communication and management skills, allowing tailored solutions for her clients.

Chartered Accountant
Ze is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in taxation and accounting for small to medium sized organisations, including companies, partnerships, trusts, superannuation funds and sole traders. Ze has worked with clients in professionals, manufacturers, trading entities and franchises across a broad range of industries and sectors. Ze has strong problem solving and customer service skills which allows her to find effective ways to help clients and solve new problems.

Advising on taxation and accounting matters to private businesses owners, including the assistance on compliance matters relating to the establishment of trusts, companies and superannuation funds.

Sharon Calleja
Client Services Officer
Sharon is the Client Services Officer for Mark Calleja Accounting. Joining the firm in October 2020, Sharon brought to the firm many years of experience with both customers and clients in the retail industry. This varied from working for a large supermarket chain, to owning her own small business, to catering to wholesalers and buyers in the fruit and vegetable industry. Taking on the Client Service role in MCA, she brings a wealth of experience and genuine care for people, in assisting our clients with their queries and completing their basic accounting needs. Sharon has excellent communication and organisation skills and her warm and friendly welcome is our clients first port of call.

Disclosure of New Code Obligations
